After Bobby Drake taped and recorded all of Rouge's conversation with Gambit, and after Gambit chased Bobby around the mansion grounds swearing to blow up parts of him that would never grow back and change his religion. The X-family sat down to a pleasant rehearsed dinner.
"So how was your night on the town fellas?" Rouge asked innocently seated between Joseph and Remy.
"Great, we went to the Carlos Club." Julio answered before diving into his half-dead dinner at least it looked half-dead.
"Cargo! Cargo! " Cable snapped out loud capturing everyone's attention.
"Whoops I meant the Cargo Cargo Club."
"It's was just the Cargo Club!" Scott yelled back with a nervous smile.
"How was it 'Star?" Tabitha asked
"Roberto ran out after Cannonball blasted through the roof with Bobby #1, he joined us on the dance floor, intrigued by the woman named 'Copper' he left the building soon after with her. Where as Julio disappeared into the crowd, I left the group and spent the night wondering around town in self pity." Shatterstar replied.
"Oh brother," Sam whispered
"Bobby did what!?" Tabitha screamed after allowing the words to sink in completely
"Nice knowing you." Rictor whispered to Sunspot
"Copper? What did you do with this Copper?" Tabitha screamed
"Just apologize."
"I passed out in her apartment." Roberto blurted out without thinking about what he was saying
"Just apologize. " James keep repeating
"We didn't do anything that me and you don't do....uh wait that didn't come out right!"
"Just apologize."
"Meaning what? No. Don't tell me. I don't want to know. At least I'm faithful." Tabitha still steamed about that but finally took a seat shooting Jean a flare look
"Faithful? Like a Kennedy you were faithful!" Sam said calmly
"Spoken like a guilty party." Theresa said sharply, receiving the 'go ahead' from Jean.
"People lets not fight, at least not while my camera is broken." Drake said shooting Gambit few dirty looks
Betsy looked up just in time to see Theresa's all clear sign. "So Warren, I missed you last night." she purred running a single finger down his sleeve.
"Yes Scott where were you? I really missed you last night." Jean copied Betsy's example
"Not to much to miss." Roberto said poking his carrots. Scott's face became red again, staring a hole through Bobby.
"What did you girls do?" Hank asked, attempting anything to get away from the classified subject.
"Oh this and that. Took some pictures" Dani said. All the women started to laugh but were quickly silenced.
"Any kind 'o pictures you gonna share wit' us?" Gambit asked looking Rouge up and down.
"Not until we find, use for 'em"
Rouge received the go sign from Betsy and carried it on to Dani. Smiling she excused herself and started to bust out laughing as soon as the doors closed behind her. Moonstar quickly did her dishes and ran to her room to finish her "project".
Dinner passed slowly from there no one talking to one another. After the dishes were done and all the other odd chores everyone meet in the activity room to watch TV, where "Birdcage" was playing.
"Robin Williams is soooo funny, even if he's gay!" Jean laughed snuggling closer to Scott
"He probably only tried it once and was drunk while doing it." Scott mumbled
"Doing it?" Storm asked raising an eyebrow
"What are you talking about?" Jean asked mirroring Ororo's confused face
"I'm talking about the one freakin' time he got drunk and slept with Warren! Uh... I mean slept with, uh" Scott realized he was sunk as soon as the words left his mouth.
"You slept with Robin Williams, Warren?" Betsy asked with a smile creeping up her face
"No."
"Then why did Scott say that?" Tabitha asked jumping into the conversation
"He's high." Warren retorted
"Remy! You're not puttin' that stuff in the Kool-aid again are you?" Rouge asked accusingly
"Truth is better than lies, truthisbetterthanlies..." Sam whispered into his palm as the third fight broke out that evening
While upstairs little Miss Moonstar typed away...

She smiled as she clicked the "send " button a smile appeared picking up her favorite picture out of the bunch, the one with Sam had a broom with a paper bag on the top in between his legs with a bright pink cowboy hat. Her laughter could be heard down the hall for five minutes afterwards.
