The Wild Power Series

Day of Destiny

By Rogue

Part Three

Together, they made their way to the high school. Buffy had long time since graduated and got a job at the school as Giles assistant. This way she was still the slayer and making money! Buffy had married Xander after that night's terrible ordeal. Willow was engaged to that lead guitarist and she had quickly worked her way up the corporate ladder at IBM becoming the head of the engineering department. Making at least a million dollars a year, she usually gave the best Christmas presents!!!

Giles was not expecting to see them again. It was like they went away and disappeared off the face of the planet. During this time, he stayed in contact with his society, the Aluminati. The Aluminati were a group of people who controlled almost the whole world. It was made up many people with lots of money, special skills and political skills. Sort of like the Hellfire Club, but more exclusive. They were interested in these wild powers, since they had heard of them. They were known to be the most powerful beings ever.

"Hey, Giles! Long time, no see!" shouted Crystal as they came in Giles looked over his shoulder to see someone he thought he would never see again.

"Yes, it has been, hasn't it." replied Giles giving her a smile. "How have you been, what have you been up to, who is that..."

"Give me a second to answer your questions!" laughed Crystal. "This is my husband Darien. I've been at home and I'm fine. Lately, I've done a little modeling."

"Nice to see you again Buffy." said Dustin.

"If I remember correctly, the last time I saw you, you were going to bite me and them something happened to you." said Buffy, trying to remember and glaring at him like there was no tomorrow.

"I'm here!" yelled Colin announcing himself, as he ran to Buffy and yelled, "Colin up!" Who could resist such a cute little face? As Buffy picked him up, he squealed with delight. Buffy's glare melted into an amused smile. "Kiss!" he yelled. Buffy gave him his kiss and then set him down. Colin proceeded to play with the books on the table, despite Gile's frown. Angel came running into the room, "Colin, where are you?"

"Daddy! Here daddy! I'm here!" yelled Colin who had left the book and getting off the table accidentally ripped a couple of pages of a VERY old book in half and right out. He ran into Angel's arms and gave him a big kiss.

"How's my big boy?" asked Angel teasing him.

"Yup, that's me! Big Boy!" said Colin priding himself of being his father's little man.

Giles's eyes went wide.

"You have a little boy!" said Giles in awe.

"Yeah, something weird happened, but still isn't he adorable!" said Kielle giving a smile that showed her pride.

"So, where are the other two? Eric and Kristi, I believe their names were." asked Giles, modulating his voice to make sure he didn't sound apprehensive.

"Kristi stayed at home and Remy went off to catch up on old times with friends." said Dustin with a shrug.

"Where are you staying." asked Buffy.

"We don't know yet. We only brought a couple of million dollars. Probably somewhere where we could do a little bit of shopping!" said Crystal with a gleam in her eye and only Darien noticed it.

"It's a good thing I can't go bankrupt, or else I would be a very worried man right now!" smiled Darien looked over at Crystal. She gave him her look of pure innocence. Darien had calmed down and somehow accepted it, after all, their marriage vows were, 'for better or for worse'! They said their partings and then teleported themselves to the Ritz hotel downtown NewYork.
